At the beginning of September, the property entrepreneurs Sébastien Hendrickx and Frank Moyaert completed their acquisition of the company Nobel NV, owner of the Lebon site in Turnhout (Belgium). The site currently consists of a mix of residential and commercial premises in the centre of Turnhout, with total floor space of around 7,500 sq.m. The site also contains the well-known Lebon car park, with 220 spaces.
AG Real Estate has taken the decision to sell off this site, the former Victoriehof development project, as part of the arbitrage and investment strategy of the AG Insurance property portfolio.
AG Real Estate worked with KLaw on this transaction, while the purchasers were assisted by Alfa Law. Vansweevelt Vastgoed en Advies from Turnhout acted as real estate agent.
