AG Real Estate France announces the finalisation of the commercialisation of its Up-On building, located along the Paris ring road at Porte d'Orléans, thanks to the signing of three new leases.
Following an ambitious restructuring project initiated in 2020, AG Real Estate has succeeded in bringing the Up-On building up to the latest market standards and leasing all of its space to ten tenants.
Up-On's occupancy rate is now 100%, with three new leases signed since mid-2025 with companies from a variety of sectors:
Esteve Pharmaceuticals (Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory) will occupy half a floor on the 4th floor with a surface area of 428 m² (effective July 2025) - transaction carried out by JLL.
Novasparks (leader in high-performance trading solutions) will occupy half of the 8th floor, with a surface area of 450 m² (effective November 2025) - transaction carried out by CBRE.
Henry Schein (global distributor of products for healthcare professionals) will occupy the entire 9th floor, i.e. 1,013 m² (effective early July 2025) - transaction carried out by Arthur Loyd/CBRE.
Up-On benefits from a strategic geographical location, offering easy access and excellent visibility from the ring road. The building offers a wide range of services to its occupants: flexible office spaces of around 1,000 m² that can be divided, shared meeting rooms, an open space between the ground floor and the first floor, a gym, a refurbished inter-company restaurant, and a rooftop with a greenhouse and green spaces.
All these spaces are run by a service provider who manages the reception and daily life of the site. In addition, the building has a triple certification: BREEAM In-Use Good Level, OsmoZ and WiredScore Certified Level 1.
