Located in Gennevilliers (92), the Spirit Business Cluster Carré 92 continues to develop significantly with the delivery of three buildings.
This business park will have a total surface area of 30,000 m² and will be spread over seven buildings of around 4,000 to 5,000 m² each, divisible from 600 m² upwards.
In the first half of 2023, co-developers AG Real Estate France and Spirit Entreprises delivered buildings A, partially occupied by hearing aid specialist Prodition, C and F. Some ten users in all have taken possession of their premises, marking an important stage in the completion of this major project.
In May 2023, Otogo acquired 3,500 m² of Building G. This facility, which will provide more than 4,500 m² of business and office space, is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in 2024. Otogo, a fast-growing automotive parts company, chose the Spirit Business Cluster Carré 92 for its headquarters because of its strategic location and the benefits it offers its employees.
Finally, two reservation contracts have already been signed for Building D, with a surface area of 2,000 m², to be delivered by the end of 2024.
These latest transactions demonstrate the strong appeal of the Spirit Business Cluster Carré 92 to companies that are looking to set up shop in a dynamic, fast-growing sector, thereby contributing to the region's economic development.
