This iconic site in the Hauts-de-Seine department is devoted to the knowledge-based economy. Through 155,000 m2 of commercial buildings including the headquarters of the Up group in 2011 and the Thalès Communication group in 2012, it also houses numerous services with 8,000 m2 of hotels delivered in 2017 but also restaurants, nurseries, and a concierge service. Last but not least, an outdoor car park with 200 parking spaces completes the development.
In the last stage bringing this major project to a close, AG Real Estate France and SPIRIT Entreprises are developing a business park with a total surface area of 30,000 m2 spread over 7 buildings. Each one is around 4,000 to 5,000m2, developed with a ground floor and two upper floors, aimed at hosting commercial premises on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors.
Works on building C, now 60% pre-marketed for sale, started in July. Works on the other buildings will begin as they are marketed. Delivery of the whole project is planned for the second half of 2023.
